Kaspar Hartmann

Kaspar’s aim is to have a positive, scalable impact on society through business and the establishment of strong, intrinsically motivated teams and work cultures.

In recent years, Kaspar has successfully established an investment firm that was supported by a leading, value-oriented, global value investor. He was lucky enough to learn his trade from a range of investors from the old and new economy.

He started his career as an M&A banker at Citigroup in London and New York, obtained his MBA in the USA and his bachelor’s degree in Scotland and California. Outside of work, his passions are his family and water sports. He is on the board of the HBS Alumni Association of Germany.
