Demeter Investment Managers SA
Profile
Demeter Investment Managers is a major player in venture capital, private equity and infrastructure for the energy transition and the ecological transition. Since 2005, Demeter has put the environment at the heart of its investment strategy with the fundamental commitment of combining financial performance with ecological impact. With more than 1.3 billion euros under management, Demeter is a pioneer and leader for investments in the ecological transition sectors.
Since more than 16 years, we have been helping to bring out and to support the champions of energy and ecological transition. Our funds invest from €1m to €30m to support companies in the sector at all stages of their development: innovative startups, strong growing small and mid-cap companies, as well as infrastructure projects. The Demeter team counts 37 people based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Madrid and Düsseldorf, and has completed more than 200 investments over 17 years.
Contributing to the achievement of ecological transition and sustainable development objectives are a cornerstone of Demeter´s mission. The search for impact is achieved through the integration of sustainable development issues in the investment objectives of all our funds, and the systematic measurement and publication of our ESG impact.
All new funds since 2019 are classified as article 9 SFDR.
